Venue--petition, who may file.
455.503. 1. A petition for an order of protection for achild shall be filed in the county where the child resides, wherethe alleged incident of abuse occurred, or where the respondentmay be served.
2. Such petition may be filed by any of the following:
(1) A parent or guardian of the victim;
(2) A guardian ad litem or court-appointed special advocateappointed for the victim; or
(3) The juvenile officer.
