No process abated by failure of court to sit.

476.100. No writ, process or proceedings whatsoever, civilor criminal, shall be deemed discontinued or abated by reason ofthe failure of any term or session of any court, nor by reason ofany adjournment in the cases mentioned in sections 476.010 to476.310, or otherwise, before the business pending in such courtis disposed of, but the same shall be continued and proceededupon as if no failure or adjournment had happened.
