Judicial conference of the state of Missouri established, members.
476.320. There is hereby established "The JudicialConference of the State of Missouri". The conference shallconsist of the judges and commissioners of the supreme court andof the court of appeals, the circuit judges, associate circuitjudges, family court commissioners, the commissioners of thejuvenile division of the circuit courts, and all judges andcommissioners who have retired under any of the provisions ofsections 476.450 to 476.595 heretofore or hereafter in effect.The chief justice of the supreme court, or in his absence thevice president elected by the executive council, shall be thepresiding officer.
