Life insurance benefits to be provided judges, retired judges anddependents.
476.590. The board shall provide or contract for lifeinsurance benefits under the provisions of section 104.515, RSMo,for judges who, for the purpose of that section, shall beconsidered members of the Missouri state employees' retirementsystem with the amount of life insurance benefits based on thecreditable service of the judges as provided in section 104.515,RSMo.
