Judge failing to retire on seventieth birthday, a waiver of salary andretirement benefits.
476.683. Except as provided in subsection 24 of section 27of article V of the Missouri Constitution, any judge who becomeseligible after August 13, 1988, for annual compensation, salaryor retirement compensation pursuant to sections 476.450 to476.595, but fails to retire on or before his seventieth birthdayshall automatically waive all such annual compensation, salaryand retirement compensation.
