Probate division of circuit court established, jurisdiction.
478.260. 1. There shall be a probate division of thecircuit court in each county and in the city of St. Louis.
2. In probate matters, the circuit judge or associatecircuit judge serving in the probate division shall have generalequitable jurisdiction.
