Circuit No. 17, number of judges, divisions--when judges elected.
478.570. 1. There shall be two circuit judges in the seventeenthjudicial circuit consisting of the counties of Cass and Johnson. Thesejudges shall sit in divisions numbered one and two.
2. The circuit judge in division two shall be elected in 1980. Thecircuit judge in division one shall be elected in 1982.
3. Beginning on January 1, 2006*, there shall be one additionalassociate circuit judge position in Cass County than is provided undersection 478.320.
