Circuit No. 19, number of judges, divisions--when judges elected.
478.625. 1. Beginning on January 1, 2003, there shall be threecircuit judges in the nineteenth judicial circuit consisting of the countyof Cole.
2. One circuit judge shall be first elected in 1982. The secondcircuit judge shall be first elected in 1984. The third circuit judgeshall be first elected in 2002.
3. Effective January 1, 2003, there shall be one less associatecircuit judge in Cole County than is provided pursuant to section 478.320.
