Cooperative agreements with department of social services.
487.140. For the purpose of obtaining the maximum allowable federalfinancial participation funds, the family court of each circuit or a countytherein with the approval of the circuit and associate circuit judges enbanc may enter into a cooperative agreement with the department of socialservices.
