Fees of witnesses--examination on oath.
488.032. 1. Witnesses shall, pursuant to section 491.280, RSMo, beallowed fees for their services.
2. Each witness may be examined on oath by the court or by the clerkwhen the court shall so order as to factors relevant to the proper amountof payment pursuant to this section.
