Condemnation of property by utility, payment of costs--compensationof commissioners for services, taxed as costs.
488.473. The cost of the proceeding to appropriate property asprovided in section 393.080, RSMo, shall be paid by the corporation,company or individual seeking the appropriation for gas, electric, waterand sewer corporations, up to and including the filing and copying of thereport of the commissioners, and the court, as to any cost made by anysubsequent litigation, may make such order as in its discretion may bedeemed just. The court shall, pursuant to section 393.080, RSMo, allow thecommissioners a reasonable compensation for their services, which shall betaxed as costs in the proceedings.
