Testimony of witness not to be used to convict him of fraud.

491.080. Whenever any person shall testify, either as aparty or as a witness, in any suit or proceedings now orhereafter pending, the testimony of such person shall not be usedas evidence to prove any fact in any suit or prosecution againstsuch person for any penalty for violation of any law in relationto fraudulent conveyance of property.
