Fine for nonattendance.
491.190. The court shall have power to impose a fine, notexceeding fifty dollars, on every person duly summoned as awitness, who shall not appear and testify; which fine may beremitted, for good cause shown, at the term to which he issummoned, or the next term thereafter.
