Public notice or advertisement valid, when.
493.090. No public notice or advertisement directed by anycourt or required by law to be published in a newspaper, incities of one hundred thousand inhabitants or more, shall bevalid unless it be published in a daily newspaper qualified topublish such notices and advertisements under the provisions ofsections 493.070 to 493.090.
