Panel exhausted, other jurors summoned.
494.435. Whenever there is an unanticipated shortage ofavailable petit jurors drawn from a qualified jury list, thecourt may require the sheriff or a jury supervisor to summon asufficient number of petit jurors from bystanders. If any partyobjects to bystanders being summoned, additional jurors shall beselected at random from the qualified jury list.
