Proof of mailing or delivery of notice.
506.270. Proof of the mailing or personal delivery of saidnotification to such nonresident by an adult person not anofficer serving same shall be made by affidavit of the partydoing said acts. All affidavits of service shall be endorsedupon or attached to the original papers to which they relate andincluding the returned registry receipt shall be forthwith filedwith the court in which such action is filed and pending.
