Actions against nonresidents for injuries caused by watercraft--venue.

506.330. In an action in any court of this state, arisingout of injury to person or property caused by any watercraftwhile operating in the waters of this state, including theMissouri portion of boundary rivers, or moored in such waters oragainst shoreland in this state, when the owner or operator is anonresident of this state or a corporation not incorporated underthe laws of this state, service of the original notice may bemade upon such nonresident owner or operator or upon such foreigncorporation in the manner provided in section 506.340. The venueof such an action shall be the county in which the damageoccurred and the presence of such watercraft and the doing ofsaid damage within the territory comprising the state ofMissouri, together with the subsequent removal of said watercraftfrom the jurisdiction of the state of Missouri, shall constitutea waiver by the owner or operator thereof of any objection to thevenue of such an action commenced in a proper court of thisstate.
