Exhaustion of administrative remedies required--dismissal--limitationson remedies.

506.384. 1. No civil action may be brought by an offender, exceptfor a constitutional deprivation, until all administrative remedies areexhausted.

2. If a claim is, on its face, frivolous, malicious, fails to state aclaim upon which relief may be granted or seeks monetary relief from adefendant who is immune from such relief, the court may dismiss theunderlying claim without first requiring the exhaustion of administrativeremedies.

3. A civil action pursued by an offender in a court of this statealleging in whole or in part a violation of federal law shall be subject toall limitations on remedies established by federal law.
