Removal of suits by consent.
508.080. If at any time after the commencement of a suit theparties shall agree in writing, duly filed, upon any other countyor court of competent jurisdiction, to which they desire the sameto be removed, it shall, by order of the court, be removedaccordingly to such county or court of competent jurisdiction;and the same proceedings shall be had in all respects for theremoval of such cause as are provided by law in changes of venuein civil cases.
