After change, clerk to transmit record.
508.170. When any such order shall be made by the court orjudge, the clerk shall immediately make out a full transcript ofthe record and proceedings in the cause, including the petitionand affidavit and order of removal, and transmit the same, dulycertified, together with all the original papers filed in thecause, and not forming a part of the record, to the clerk of thecourt to which the removal is ordered, and for failure to do soshall forfeit one hundred dollars to the party aggrieved, to berecovered by civil action.
