Judgments and decisions, form of pleading.
509.190. In pleading a judgment or decision of a domestic orforeign court, judicial or quasi-judicial tribunal, or of a boardor officer, it is sufficient to aver the judgment or decisionwithout setting forth matter showing jurisdiction to render it.If such allegations be controverted, the party pleading themshall establish on the trial the facts conferring jurisdiction.
