Judgment for defendant to be what.
511.230. If, upon the trial of a cause, judgment shall befor the defendant, or if the judgment be for the plaintiff, butfor less than the original judgment, the defendant may also havejudgment with costs against the plaintiff for such damages asjustice shall require, as will reimburse him for moneys appliedto the satisfaction of the original judgment and legal interestthereon, and which the plaintiff did not finally recover.
