Writs of error in civil cases abolished--review by appeal.
512.010. 1. Writs of error are abolished in civil cases.Review shall be by appeal, which shall constitute a continuationof the proceeding in the trial court and be deemed to present allissues which heretofore have been presented by writ of error andappeal.
2. This section is not intended to apply to criminal cases.
