Costs of enforcing judgment, how awarded--how certified.

514.303. All costs involved in the execution and sale of propertypursuant to judgment, except attorney's fees, may be awarded as judgment infavor of the party incurring such costs, including moving expenses,insurance, storage charges, and any other expenses except for attorney'sfees, reasonably incurred as a result of such execution and sale. Creditorsshall certify such expenses as true and accurate in an affidavit filed withthe court, and shall provide the court with copies of all receipts. Thecourt may then award such costs as it deems reasonable and necessary.
