Physician not liable for restraint of mentally incapacitated persons.
537.120. No regular practicing or licensed physician orsurgeon or the owner or operator of any private sanatorium orhospital shall be liable in damages for restraint of any mentallyincapacitated person by reason of having in good faith furnishedcare, treatment or attention to such person, and while suchperson is under the care of such physician or surgeon or confinedin such sanatorium or hospital.
