Name of prosecutor returned with bail bond.
544.520. If in such case the accused shall be held to answerfor the offense, it shall be the duty of the associate circuitjudge to make out a certificate of the name, occupation and placeof abode of the prosecutor, and return the same, with therecognizance of such prisoner, to the proper county.
