Indictments in relation to property belonging to several owners.
545.150. When any offense shall be committed upon or inrelation to any property belonging to several partners or owners,the indictment or information for such offense shall be deemedsufficient if it allege such property to belong to any one ormore of such partners or owners, without naming all of them.
