Endorsement or signature of pleadings in criminal cases.
545.930. Pleadings in criminal cases shall be attributed to a partyor attorney or signed in the manner provided by supreme court rule. Anystatutory requirement that pleadings be signed by any person shall besatisfied by compliance with such rules.
