Motion in arrest of judgment--abolished.

547.040. The motion in arrest of judgment is herebyabolished, and hereafter all the rights which heretofore couldhave been saved by the defendants in a motion in arrest, andwhich have not been waived by failure to make timely objections,may be saved in the motion for a new trial.
