Defendant ordered arrested, when.
547.310. If the defendant shall have been recognized asherein provided, and shall fail to appear and receive judgment onsuch appeal or writ of error, or at any new trial that may havebeen ordered, the supreme court or the court below in which thejudgment was rendered, or any judge of either court, shall causesuch defendant to be arrested, upon process to be issued for thatpurpose.
