Power of marshal in executing order.

547.350. 1. The marshal and his deputies, if any, whileperforming their official duties shall have the same power andlike authority in every county of this state, in all respects, asare granted by law to sheriffs.

2. Any person executing a warrant for arrest andtransportation issued by the marshal shall have the same powerand like authority in all respects when executing the warrant asare granted to sheriffs.

3. The provisions of subsection 1 of this section shall onlybe applicable to a marshal of the supreme court certified as apeace officer as provided in sections 590.100 to 590.150, RSMo.
