Manner and place of execution.
548.081. Such warrant shall authorize the peace officer orother person to whom directed to arrest the accused at any timeand any place where he may be found within the state and tocommand the aid of all peace officers or other persons in theexecution of the warrant, and to deliver the accused, subject tothe provisions of this chapter, to the duly authorized agent ofthe demanding state.
