Forfeiture of bail.
548.181. If the prisoner is admitted to bail, and fails toappear and surrender himself according to the conditions of hisbond, the judge, or associate circuit judge by proper order,shall declare the bond forfeited and order his immediate arrestwithout warrant if he be within the state. Recovery may be hadon such bond in the name of the state as in the case of otherbonds given by the accused in criminal proceedings within thisstate.
