State or county to pay only reasonable occupancy costs and cost ofincarceration.

550.010. Whenever any person shall be convicted of any crimeor misdemeanor he shall be adjudged to pay the costs, and nocosts incurred on his part, except fees for the cost ofincarceration, including a reasonable sum to cover occupancycosts, shall be paid by the state or county.
