Prosecutor to pay costs, when no indictment found.
550.060. In all cases where any person shall be committed orrecognized to answer for a felony, and no indictment shall befound against such person, the prosecutor, or person on whoseoath the prosecution was commenced, shall be liable for all thecosts incurred in that behalf; and the court shall renderjudgment against such prosecutor for the same, and in no suchcase shall the state or county pay such costs.
