Conviction of different degrees of offenses.
562.051. Except as otherwise provided, when two or morepersons are criminally responsible for an offense which isdivided into degrees, each person is guilty of such degree as iscompatible with his own culpable mental state and with his ownaccountability for an aggravating or mitigating fact orcircumstance.
