566.141. Any person who is convicted of or pleads guilty or nolocontendere to any sexual offense involving a child shall be required as acondition of probation or parole to be involved in and successfullycomplete an appropriate treatment program. Any person involved in such aprogram shall be required to follow all directives of the treatment programprovider.
