Trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation--penalty.

566.209. 1. A person commits the crime of trafficking for thepurposes of sexual exploitation if a person knowingly recruits, transports,provides, or obtains by any means another person for the use or employmentof such person in sexual conduct as defined in section 556.061, RSMo,without his or her consent.

2. The crime of trafficking for the purposes of sexual exploitationis a class B felony.
