Promoting sexual performance by a child, penalties.
568.090. 1. A person commits the crime of promoting asexual performance if, knowing the character and content thereof,the person promotes a sexual performance by a child less thanseventeen years of age or produces, directs, or promotes anyperformance which includes sexual conduct by a child less thanseventeen years of age.
2. Promoting a sexual performance is a class C felony.
