Reckless burning or exploding.

569.060. 1. A person commits the crime of reckless burningor exploding when he knowingly starts a fire or causes anexplosion and thereby recklessly damages or destroys a buildingor an inhabitable structure of another.

2. Reckless burning or exploding is a class A misdemeanor.
