Lost property.
570.060. 1. A person who appropriates lost property shallnot be deemed to have stolen that property within the meaning ofsection 570.030 unless such property is found under circumstanceswhich gave the finder knowledge of or means of inquiry as to thetrue owner.
2. The defendant shall have the burden of injecting theissue of lost property.
