Private peace disturbance.
574.020. 1. A person commits the crime of private peacedisturbance if he is on private property and unreasonably andpurposely causes alarm to another person or persons on the samepremises by:
(1) Threatening to commit a crime against any person; or
(2) Fighting.
2. Private peace disturbance is a class C misdemeanor.
