577.208. 1. Chemical tests of the person's breath, blood, or urine tobe considered valid shall be performed according to methods and devicesapproved by the state department of health and senior services and shall beperformed by licensed medical personnel or by a person possessing a validpermit issued by the state department of health and senior services for thispurpose. A blood test shall not be performed if the medical personnel, ingood faith medical judgment, believe such procedure would endanger the healthof the person in custody.

2. Upon request of the person tested, full information concerning thetest shall be made available to him.

3. No person administering a chemical test under this section andsections 577.206, 577.211 and 577.214, or any other person, firm orcorporation with whom he is associated, shall be civilly liable for damages tothe person tested except for negligence or by willful or wanton act oromission.
