Chemical tests admissible as evidence.
577.214. The provisions of section 491.060, RSMo, shall notprevent the admissibility of evidence of any chemical analysisperformed under this section and sections 577.206, 577.208 and577.211. In any criminal prosecution for the violation ofsections 577.201 and 577.203, the results of any properlyperformed chemical test of the defendant's blood, breath or urineshall be admissible as evidence.
