577.505. A court of competent jurisdiction shall enter anorder revoking the driving privileges of any person determined tohave violated any state, county, or municipal law involving thepossession or use of a controlled substance, as defined inchapter 195, RSMo, while operating a motor vehicle and who, atthe time said offense was committed, was twenty-one years of ageor older when the person pleads guilty, or is convicted or foundguilty of such offense by the court. The court shall require thesurrender to it of all operator's and chauffeur's licenses thenheld by such person. The court shall forward to the director ofrevenue the order of revocation of driving privileges and anylicenses surrendered.
