Interference with lawful hunting, fishing or trapping in the seconddegree--penalty.
578.152. 1. Any person who enters or remains in a hunting, fishingor trapping area where lawful hunting, fishing or trapping may occur withthe intent to interfere with the lawful taking of wildlife is guilty of thecrime of interference with lawful hunting, fishing or trapping in thesecond degree.
2. Interference with lawful hunting, fishing or trapping in thesecond degree is a class B misdemeanor.
