Department may solicit funds.
589.305. In addition to general revenue appropriated by thegeneral assembly for the purposes of sections 589.300 to 589.310,the department may solicit, receive, and expend funds, includingmatching grants, from the federal government, other stateagencies, and from private sources to aid in carrying out theprovisions of sections 589.300 to 589.310.
