Severability clause.
589.563. 1. The provisions of this Compact shall be severable, andif any phrase, clause, sentence or provision is deemed unenforceable, theremaining provisions of the Compact shall be enforceable.
2. The provisions of this Compact shall be liberally constructed toeffectuate its purposes.
