595.100. 1. There is hereby established in the statetreasury the "Services to Victims Fund" which shall consist ofmoney collected pursuant to section 595.045. The fund shall beadministered by the department of public safety. Uponappropriation, money in the fund shall be used solely for theadministration of sections 595.050, 595.055 and 595.105.
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 33.080, RSMo,any balance remaining in the fund at the end of an appropriationperiod shall not be transferred to general revenue, but shallremain in the fund.
