Victims eligible for services.
595.206. A victim has the rights and is eligible for theservices set forth in sections 595.200 to 595.215 only if suchvictim reported the crime to law enforcement authorities withinfive days of its occurrence or discovery, unless the prosecutingattorney finds that a good cause existed for not having done so.
